About the project
The project is public utility and works for social sustainability. Västerås FC wants to integrate and strengthen youth and young adults in their belief in the future, but also strengthen knowledge and motivation to develop and enter society, community life, and working life.
The initiators are Sakhi Rahimi and Monir Ahmad who want to fill the gap they experienced when they themselves came to Sweden as teenagers.
The project will include physical activity such as Futsal for everyone regardless of previous experience, as well as knowledge formation in the form of workshops and lectures. The activities will take place in Tillberga and Skultuna.
The voluntary work in the project is estimated at 1,832 hours with a value of 622,880 kronor.
