WANTED: Project coach/administrator
The position is a permanent employment, 100%. (6 months probationary employment)
As a project coach/administrator at Leader Mälardalen, you will work with rural development by supporting and helping project applicants to set up their projects and design their applications to be as good as possible, both in terms of the Leader method and regarding finances and current regulations. You will also process project applications in the Agricultural Agency's processing system. Additionally, you will work with most other tasks at the Leader office, such as communication/information, project work/project management, follow-up, and requisitions for Leader Mälardalen's own projects.
We want you to have education and/or experience that is relevant to the work. You should have knowledge of Leader and the Leader method as well as local development and rural development. You should also be able to handle communication, primarily via social media.
As a person, you should be outgoing and self-driven, as well as have the ability to take your own initiatives. You also need to be meticulous and good at understanding and following regulations and directives.
A driver's license and access to your own car are required for the position, as we work throughout the Leader area. We currently have an office in Arboga. A large part of the work can be done from home. The work will partly be performed in the evenings.

Leader Mälardalen works to support projects aimed at local development in rural areas and smaller towns. The funding comes from the EU, the Swedish state, and the municipalities in the area. Leader Mälardalen's area includes southern Fellingsbro in Lindesberg municipality, all of Arboga, Kungsör, Köping, and Hallstahammar municipalities, Västerås and Enköping municipalities outside the central towns, as well as all of Håbo and Upplands-Bro municipalities.
